R & D strength
The technical center is mainly responsible for the research and development of nucleoside antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic, cardiovascular and other series of raw materials and preparations. It has more than 80 full-time R & D personnel, including 5 doctors, 13 masters and several long-term external talents. It has been rated as one national model worker, one expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, one person selected as the key subsidy and first-level training personnel of the provincial "151 talents in the new century", one young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in the province, one advanced individual in the construction of academician expert workstation in the province during the 12th Five Year Plan period, one scientific and technological worker of Zhejiang top 100 enterprises, and one enterprise innovation talent in Zhejiang Province.
The construction area of the technology center is 3411 m2, and the current scientific research assets are more than 5000 million yuan. The annual research and development investment accounts for about 4% of the current year's operating income. It has advanced engineering and technical experimental conditions, complete analysis and testing equipment, and has an information patent office, multiple laboratories, analysis rooms, and multiple pilot and trial production workshops, which can meet the needs of daily scientific research. The infrastructure for research, development and testing, such as raw materials, fuel, water, electricity, steam, laboratories and other supporting conditions, is complete. Experimental equipment, with chemical process simulation system, molecular distillation device, multifunctional membrane separation testing machine, high gravity separation, thin film evaporation, multi-effect evaporation, double tower continuous distillation, DC grade granulator, spray drying, tablet press, rotary evaporator, column separation, full-automatic biological fermentation system and other research equipment. The analysis and testing center is equipped with triple quadrupole liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer, quadrupole/time-of-flight mass spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, X-ray powder diffractometer, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, laser particle sizer, GC-MS, preparative chromatograph, high performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, ultraviolet spectrometer, infrared spectrometer, polarimeter, potential titrator, card moisture meter, synchronous thermal analyzer, microbial culture and other high-precision analytical instruments, the analysis and testing center is also equipped with high-quality analysis and testing personnel such as doctor of analysis and master's degree to provide strong support for various technologies. At the same time, it has established good long-term cooperative relations with Shanghai Pharmaceutical Institute, Shanghai Organic Institute, Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute, Zhejiang University of Technology, East China University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang University and other famous universities and research institutions.
